'Doing a job right' is a mantra I believe in - I was raised that way. I heard it as a small child, and when I was ready to start my first paid job my father said, "When someone's paying you to do something, you always give it your best."
But anyone can make that claim. I want the opportunity to prove it to you.
Here's some examples of things I routinely do for my clients that most real estate agents will not do:
~I show buyers as many homes as they need to see to make a comfortable decision. I never feel a home buyer is being 'too picky'.
~I will meet with anyone whose opinion you value. That means if you want your parents, or kids, or handyman to see a house you're considering or to attend our listing appointment, feel free to invite them.
~I will help you stage your house for showings.
~I will preview homes for buyers, so your time isn't wasted looking at homes that aren't what you want.
~I will view competing homes in preparation to list your home.
~If someone wants me to show them your house I will do it, even if they have their own agent. (You'd be surprised how many agents refuse to do that, even if the buyer's agent is out of town or sick.)
~If I need to meet with you, I'll go wherever it's convenient for you, rather than expect you to take time off work to meet at my office.
~I communicate very effectively either via phone or email. (The #1 complaint most people have about real estate agents is lack of communication.)
~I truly want to help you, regardless of your situation.
